Who are your favorite people to be around?
There are many persons that are my favorite, but people, not so much. Crowds aren’t my kryptonite, but they aren’t my favorite places to be.
Party? Yes!
Peace? Yes, as well!
Chaos? Not as much.
Crowds? Not as much, as well.
Of course, you can’t hide indoors all the time. Well, you can, but at some point you need to venture forth into the world of people. I always take solace that more than a few of us might not eant to be there on any given day.
That is why I try to extend grace in crowds. No sense in making anybody as miserable as I am. Bringing some of my persons when I am out visiting the people is always nice. And in reverse, I will always brave people to see my persons.
So who are my favorite people? A shared fandom? A shared political position? A shared community? All of these things, because that is often where I find persons snd most my persons like to join me.
Looks like I do have favorite people, and if it wasn’t for my persons? I probably wouldn’t.
