I think we all have noble wishes for our legacies. Nobody wakes up wanting to be a villain. Even villians are their own heroes.
No, most want peace, love, and understanding. To having been loved and having loved well. To be good friend, sister, brother, mom, father, aunt, uncle, grammy, or gramps. In the end, we really have no control over any of that.
All we can really do is be kind.
By being kind, maybe we can pass that along. What better legacy could there be?
